Head of Coaching at CS Rangers, and I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to each of you. My journey in football has been a lifelong dedication, starting from my early years as a player to my current role as a coach.
As the Head of Coaching at CS Rangers, my responsibility is to guide our coaches to ensure that your child has the best possible experience in a fun and secure environment. I’m thrilled to share that some of our advanced players have progressed to top professional academies in London.
My passion for the game was ignited when I was scouted by Queens Park Rangers Football Club at the age of 14. Signing my first Professional Contract at QPR and making my First team Debut at 19 marked significant milestones in my playing career. Representing England at U16 and U19 levels was a proud achievement, and I continued playing in the 1st team until the age of 25.
Inevitably, due to a persistent foot injury, my full-time playing career concluded, leading me to transition into part-time football. Despite the challenges, I concluded my playing days on a high note as my former club, Dagenham & Redbridge FC, secured promotion to the Football League.
Venturing into coaching during the latter part of my playing career, I fell in love with guiding the next generation in their pursuit of football dreams. While at QPR for eight years, I had the privilege of working with incredible talents, including a young prospect named Raheem Sterling. The experience was invaluable, and my passion for coaching led me to establish my own coaching organization in 2008.
In addition to coaching at QPR, I delved into school programs, gaining diverse experience working with various skill levels. Establishing CS Rangers FC in 2015 has been a source of pride, growing from strength to strength. My daily motivation stems from witnessing children develop, enjoy the game, and flourish as individuals.
All our practice sessions are CS Rangers FC themed, boasting a remarkable track record of elevating our players to higher levels of performance. I look forward to a season filled with growth, enjoyment, and success for each player in our esteemed club.
CS Rangers FC is now in its 9th season of participating in Junior Football Leagues. From starting off as a recreational session once a week, now growing into providing multiple sessions for children from 4 – 16 year olds throughout the week and weekends.
